America's VetDogs Freedom Run & Dog Walk Series 

2021 is here! A brand new year to set goals and run / walk your way to a healthy lifestyle while supporting the America's VetDogs mission. We are excited to present you with a full year of virtual runs to challenge YOU. With this great calendar of events we hope to provide inspiration for an amazing year.  You can help make a difference in the lives of veterans and first responders by registering for the America's VetDogs Freedom Run & Dog Walk Series. Participants can choose to run in a 5K timed race, walk the 5K or take a 2-mile family-friendly walk with or without their pup. All proceeds will assist America’s VetDogs mission to help veterans with disabilities live a life without boundaries.

If you live in New York, join us this November for our “Honor Challenge” to be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Cedar Creek Park in Wantagh, NY. When you register, be sure to choose the in person run or walk. There is also an option to participate virtually if you cannot make it.

Registration opens at 8am followed by opening program

Run/Walk begins at 9am 

Participation Rates: 

  • $30 per event for virtual participation
  • $35 for in-person participation

Timing & Results

Registered participants should download the IYR Virtual mobile app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play to track their virtual run or walk and automatically send their results to ITS YOUR RACE. 

Fundraise

We encourage all participants to ask family, friends and colleagues to sponsor your efforts. Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers - see fundraising incentives below!
