Help America’s VetDogs make a difference in the lives of veterans by participating in the 6th Annual Virtual Long Island Run & Dog Walk to be held on July 25, 2020 until August 8, 2020. As we are all dealing with the ramifications of the Coronavirus (covid-19), it was decided for this year’s event to go virtual to ensure the health and safety of the participants. Despite everything that’s going on with the global pandemic, we remain 100% focused on helping servicemen and women who are living with disabilities receive a service dog of their own. America’s VetDogs is hosting this virtual run/walk event as a way to show support for America’s disabled veterans. Dogs are welcome to join you on your run/walk too!
- Rate is $20 to participate.
- $15 optional runners stay strong swag (shirt, bib and bracelet).
- After you register you will receive a confirmation message with an app that you will download onto your phone to track your mileage.
We encourage all participants to ask family, friends and colleagues to sponsor your efforts. For any questions regarding fundraising, please contact Jaime McGrade at Jaime@VetDogs.org or at 631-930-9054.
