A message from our Race Director

As a supporter of America’s VetDogs and its mission, you are a large part of a wonderful community committed to help veterans and first responders live without boundaries.

Due to Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, this year’s America’s VetDogs Run & Dog Walk will be postponed until Sunday, October 18, 2020.

In an effort to remain socially distant, postponing the event is the best course of action at this time. As a precaution, our puppy groups have been instructed to avoid crowded and highly populated areas. Therefore, moving the event to the fall is essential, as a preventative measure to keep our staff, graduate and volunteer commUNITY and pups safe!

We will keep the registration page and fundraising tool available to all users until the event takes place. Event participation and donations allow us to say "yes" to more people whose lives will be changed by a guide or service dog trained specifically for their needs. Whether it's their first dog or their fifth, whether they've been a service dog user for one year or 10 years, our graduates tell us again and again about the miraculous ways their lives changed once they trained with a new assistance dog partner. If you need assistance with your fundraising page, please contact Jaime McGrade at Jaime@VetDogs.org or at 631-930-9054.

Your patience, understanding and continued support is much appreciated.
