Help America’s VetDogs® make a difference in the lives of veterans by registering for the 8th Annual Annapolis/Kent Island Run & Dog Walk to be held on Sunday, April 22, 2018.  This event leaves from Kent Island High School and tours the beautiful Cross Island Trail. Participants can choose to run in a 10K or 5K timed race, or take a 2-mile family-friendly walk with or without their pup.  All proceeds will assist America’s VetDogs mission to help veterans with disabilities live a life without boundaries.

Since 2003, America’s VetDogs has trained and placed guide and service dogs, FREE of charge, with our nation’s wounded veterans. These special assistance dogs are custom trained to help mitigate disabilities for veterans with blindness, spinal cord injuries, hearing impairments, peripheral and central balance disorders, limb loss, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Please consider one of our sponsorship packages for the 8th Annual Annapolis/Kent Island Run & Dog Walk. Last year’s event attracted over 400 attendees including participants, volunteers and spectators, and raised more than $57,000, placing assistance dogs with veterans who have disabilities. In addition, the event was featured by many local media outlets. Help change a veteran's life today!
